The lady who did my nails rushed me and very quickly. My nails were bent and poorly done. They charged me $50 for very poorly done nails. Normally, there's another guy who does my nails, but this lady didn't put any effort into the work her client asked for, which was normal French nails. They also didn't prepare my nails before starting the job. Honestly, it was a horrible job.
Been coming to this place since November of 2024 and the last two appointments have been very stressful and not pleasant. Used to loving coming here but not anymore . I will not be returning. My nails are always over $100 . I was told today . I could only get one service done because I didn’t have an appointment. Never have I made an appointment. I went here with my daughter for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The shelves and window ledges were very dusty-yuk! The water bath for my feet could have been warmer, one of my toes was cut, and the leg massage was VERY disappointing. My manicure was interesting. I ended up with one cut finger, different lenghth nails AND different shapes. My daughter had Lily service her and she had no issues. Her nails looked lovely. I love this place I refuse to go anywhere else they pay attention to detail and lily or who does designs are so sweet 10 out of 10
