I went here with my daughter for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The shelves and window ledges were very dusty-yuk! The water bath for my feet could have been warmer, one of my toes was cut, and the leg massage was VERY disappointing. My manicure was interesting. I ended up with one cut finger, different lenghth nails AND different shapes. My daughter had Lily service her and she had no issues. Her nails looked lovely. I love this place I refuse to go anywhere else they pay attention to detail and lily or who does designs are so sweet 10 out of 10

I had my full set done 10/22. As of 10/23 multiple of my nails are starting to pop off. Very unhappy with the service I received.

I was a longtime customer of Orchid Nails before moving to Georgia. I have been gone 6 years and have yet to find any place as good as Orchid Nails. Nobody does nails as well as Lily! Gosh I miss this place so much! If you live in the Grandville/Jenison/Hudsonville area, you are blessed to have Orchid Nails.
