I was a longtime customer of Orchid Nails before moving to Georgia. I have been gone 6 years and have yet to find any place as good as Orchid Nails. Nobody does nails as well as Lily! Gosh I miss this place so much! If you live in the Grandville/Jenison/Hudsonville area, you are blessed to have Orchid Nails.

Walked in and asked for a pedi. Was shown to a chair immediately and proceeded to get the best pedi I’ve had in years! The staff are friendly and polite, and they had 3 more walk ins while I was there. I’m looking forward to coming back again.

I came in today 7/29/24 for a regular manicure with my own polish. The guy seemed disappointed bc I asked for a cheap service. The technician was so rude and went as fast as she could to get done. I think she pretended to push my cuticles back and literally touched my nail with the file and that was it!!! Then she asked for the payment before she put the polish so I gave her the $20. Nothing said!! She put me under the dryer and I accidentally smudged one of my nails so I showed her and she was so mad and gave me the dirties... read more

Terrible place to get dip nails. The technician didn't even clean the gel around my nails after she was all done. Also, one would logically ask whether I would like my cuticles cleaned before starting with the gel process, but she didn't even think to suggest that.
