Highly recommend for a quality mani or pedi! Vivi and Tommy are incredible and very thorough. I drive an hour to come get my nails done and it’s so worth it!
I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience here. During my pedicure, the technician cut the side of my toe so deeply that it immediately started bleeding. I told her multiple times that it hurt, but she kept going anyway. Now I have an open wound and bruising from the service. Accidents can happen, but ignoring a client’s pain and continuing to work aggressively is unacceptable and unsafe. I’m documenting everything in case it becomes infected. Tommy saved me on Thanksgiving Day!!!! My usual nail tech totally ghosted me the day before Thanksgiving and my nails needed some serious TLC. I had to have called 20 different salons, drove around for over an hour, praying I would see an open sign somewhere. I was so upset that I almost gave up, but I called his salon and Tommy was happy to take care of me in such short notice! First time going to this salon today as a walk-in customer. Luckily it wasn’t busy so early in the morning and Tommy was able to take me in for a pedicure. It was a terrific experience in every way. Clean and attractive salon, very professional service. Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! I’m a new fan and will definitely make Orchid Nails my go to salon from now on.
Great nail technicians, they do a great job with manicure and pedicure services. Beware of anything they ask during the service as it seems as if it's already included in the package, however it is not! You only find out at the end when you are paying that "cleaning the cuticles" is an extra $20! or "removing pedi callus" is another $10! or if they asked if I wanted to try chrome? wait.. that's another $20 - they didnt tell me that! Sneaky and not transparent with their prices, so for that reason I am never going back there!
