Just to be clear, (like the work Kyle will do for you) you should hire/engage/contract with Orchid Media. The work produced was far above anything I've seen. I have every reason to believe that his work reinvigorated a "sleepy" listing that was slow to move. Additionally he was too easy to work with as potential buyers saw the house open and asked to "walk through" as he was working and his graciousness and patience was noteworthy. Orchid Media is as professional as they come. Kyle is an extremely knowledgeable and personable guy. I thought the Orchid team did a great job understanding my vision and contributed great ideas to fill in the gaps.
