My 2015 Ford Explorer had a major failure with the water pump and had it towed to Orchid Island Ford in Hilo. I spoke with Becca Otto, my service representative and it was going to be a major repair, over $8000 and ordered the parts. Becca was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way by phone.
