Harley is an excellent service advisor. My recent visit was to address a warranty issue for my truck. After waiting for over a year and going through two different service advisors Harley had it taken cared of in less than a few weeks. She kept in constant contact letting me know the status of my claim, when it was approved, when the parts were available and when the repair could be done. I would highly recommend Orchid Isle Ford’s service department for all of your vehicles service, repair or warranty needs.
