I purchased a 2024 Ford Ranger XLT from Orchid Island Ford in Hilo, Hawaii. I like to commend the Sales Staff for assisting me in my Purchase. I also have a 2025 Ford Escape on Lease. Ashley helped make the lease painless. My sales person is Ren. For both vehicles. The service side at OIAC provided me with excellent service in all my warranty needs. Harley at the Service Center and Grant from the car lot were just so helpful and showed me that there are good samaritans out there. Harley apologized that my car could not be fixed and I thought she showed so much HEART! She even drove me to the car lot (and was so compassionate when I had a little breakdown in my car) and introduced me to Grant who is my super hero. I came in to drop my vehicle off for repair a day earlier than my appointment. I even called in advance to do so. I was lied to within the first 5 minutes on arrival. I was told by some young girl that my appointment was actually scheduled that day and i was late. Showed the person helping me the text I received from OIAC stating my appointment was for the following day. She then proceeded to gaslight me only saying “no” in response. No explanation.
