These ladies Lady and Yasmary were phenomenal. They cleaned areas of my house that no one ever does without my asking. They finished early and did a fantastic job. I would love ❤️ to have them back again and again every time. I love Orchid Cleaning Services. I’m thrilled and over the moon happy with how wonderful my house looks and smells. Thank you!!!!

Terrible experience. After the service, when I did a walkthrough of my home, I noticed that my home wasn’t clean with products that was told to me. It appeared as just water was used. The service was poor and as a first time customer, I was highly disappointed. When I reached out to the operation manager, you would’ve thought that she would be willing to work out a deal to ensure I got my money worth, instead she suggested that I book another service after the poor service that I’d receive.
