I’ve been pleased with the service from Orchid Cleaning Company (have worked with them for several years). Typically, two ladies come as a team (sometimes different pairs), and they always do a thorough job. They take the time to move things around to clean properly, dust carefully, and make sure every surface is taken care of. We having been using Orchid for years. We thought about moving to another community. My first question was about whether Orchid provide service there. Luckily the answer was YES! This service is the best
I have rarely left a bad google review. I appreciated this company and deeply respected them, but this behavior is unacceptable. We have used this company several times and have been thankful for their work until this more recent cleaning. They came yesterday, they had to stay an extra half an hour and we paid for it. We paid $145.00 for a small apartment to be cleaned by a team that we have trusted. We noticed a large crack in the toilet seat and porcelain - which we are now required to fix for almost $400.00.
