Walked in at 2.30pm today (Friday) with my partner asking if we could have a one hour massage, the lady told us to come back at 5pm. We arrived and let another lady know we were there for our 5pm appointment to which she told us there was no marking in of our appointment and said we could have a 30min massage for $50 (when the $60 an hour sign was displayed outside the place) and she said it was because Christmas is coming up they're doing weekend rates.. rubbish! Very rude and we ended up walking out!

Worst experience I've ever had. Staff are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I felt unwelcome, uncomfortable and demanded a refund. Poor business practice that is unhygienic, dark and dingy. Don't waste your time.
Do not go to this place. The facilities are dusty and dirty, the staff are under qualified. I expressed extreme discomfort with my neck and lower back. The masseuse did not directly or attempt to recognize the areas of discomfort. When unsatisfied with what I had received and asked to come back another - I was told that it wasn't possible. Don't waste your time and try somewhere more hygienic and professional.
