Rented from Orchard 79 for one year. The move-in process went smoothly, and Valerie was very helpful, a little hard to contact at first, but once it was time to sign the lease, she was attentive. The move-out process was less so. Don’t live here if you don’t want to deal with an unprofessional property manager who doesn’t communicate, not getting your deposit back in the legally required timeframe, and “IT problems” at convenient for management times. We lived in the Orchard79 neighborhood for 1 year and are so glad to not live there anymore. The property manager was incredibly communicative, almost to a demanding level, during the move-in and lease signing process. They are CROOK’S DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are refusing to refund $2000 deposit after not being able to move across the country
Update review: I’ve officially lived here for a year! I definitely have zero regrets moving here! Community is quiet, neighbors are friendly and management is on point! If you’re looking for a beautiful home in a safe, quiet community- you’ve found it here! Just picked up my keys for the most amazing and beautiful home!! Thank you Valerie for making the process so simple and quick. I can’t wait to get moved in!!
