Worst management I’ve ever dealt with . I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here this manager /owner /landlord Valerie has been beyond disrespectful to my family and I over the year we were tenants of hers. From day one the property had maintenance issues that she promised would be addressed.only ounce did she fix a leak I had only cause I had to reach out to code enforcement to get her to move on it . I have been here for 6 months she was fine with money orders for the long now this month they are making pay threw door loop witch I did the payment didn't go threw now am guna be screwed bcuz in the 1st I had it in money order now threw door loop in its like what the hell I can't get ahold of her in any kind of way at all no email to her or phone number u guys becarefull.

I reached out to the Property Manager several times and left a couple of voicemails requesting an opportunity to view the property. I also submitted an inquiry through the portal but unfortunately did not receive a response. Prompt and thoughtful communication often reflects a level of respect and professionalism that a business has for the people it serves. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future prospective tenants.

Rented from Orchard 79 for one year. The move-in process went smoothly, and Valerie was very helpful, a little hard to contact at first, but once it was time to sign the lease, she was attentive. The move-out process was less so. Have not received my deposit back; it has been past the 21 days permitted by law, now going on 32 days, with no return of my deposit or any communication from Valerie. Don’t live here if you don’t want to deal with an unprofessional property manager who doesn’t communicate, not getting your deposit back in the legally required timeframe, and “IT problems” at convenient for management times. We lived in the Orchard79 neighborhood for 1 year and are so glad to not live there anymore. The property manager was incredibly communicative, almost to a demanding level, during the move-in and lease signing process.
