Used to be Green Isle back in the day. Lots of fun memories on Flat Shoals
Scheduled a tour online was confirmed and sent a confirmation email.. to leave work early for the office to be closed. Called the number on the office door I was told the office is closed 2/19/25 to come back tomorrow. I work. I'm not going to keep taking off work to look at some apartments who's reviews are WILD and CRAZY. I'll pass. 1st impression means a lot. Thanks though
My process was perfecttttt quick and easy janeisha was soooo helpful and excuse me if I misspelled the name but she was amazing helped with anything I needed communication is key and patience because your not the only resident who lives here but I love my townhome so perfect and there always one call away so I highly recommend especially if your needing something affordable orchard walk is the place for you.
You get what you pay for, respectfully.
I went in today to do an application for a unit. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and polite. They were very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. I asked all the questions they answered them. The unit that they showed me was beautiful. As long as I have a roof over my head nothing else matters. I really enjoyed today. they are very professional in the office. I give them 110%.
