Do not move here!!!! The manager is rude and communicates like a child. Does not listen to tenants. I have family that lives here as well, same experiences. They do not complete work orders and the maintenance people are incompetent.
Hate it here!!!! They are not consistent with ANYTHING. The money, the repairs, the responses…..NOTHING! it’s tacky that they have kids fighting and coming out of their clothes on the google search but every month that I want to pay my rent, it’s a reason why I can’t pay it. Then I come up with the money that they said I have to pay and they want more. The late fees are ridiculous and they don’t seem to care. Like everywhere else, they just want their money. Very hospitable helped every step of the way from the application to move in and maintenance I love the property as well.
