My husband, Rob, and I, lived at Orchard Village for three years in a two bedroom townhouse. We loved the town house, which was updated and renovated right before our arrival. We downsized from our large home into the townhouse and, as an older couple, we were very happy with the services, shoveling and plowing. We have recently left and moved to Florida, but enjoyed our time there.
We needed a townhouse for 6 months while we waited for our home to sell and were buying another. We were able to get a six month lease with Orchard Village, who was very accommodating to our timelines. We kept communication open with them about when we had to leave and had a very easy time with everything. It was clean, well maintained and I am so glad it worked out for us to be able to stay with a short-term lease.
Wow this place is something else! I have been looking to rent a nice town house in this area to be closer to my job. So I have been looking around really trying weed out bad situations. Because we all have been there, you know sign the dotted line and that sweet person then turns into a dictator calling you about everything. We stayed at Orchard Village for almost two years while we were saving money to buy our first house. We had a great experience and were happy with our townhouse there. We were always up front with the property manager and let her know what was going on with our timing and we never had a problem at all. Our lease was up and she was very accommodating to let us stay beyond our lease, until we closed on our house. Maintenance staff was just a phone call away.
We rented a townhouse at Orchard Village while staying in the area for my husband's military service. We've been so happy with everything here. The townhouse is a great size and layout and was redone before we moved in. We've had a great rapport with the property manager and the maintenance personnel. We would recommend any of our friends who needed to stay in the area to stay in Orchard Village Apartments. Walking distance from the village of Orchard Park was really nice too!
I rented here for one year only due to my job tanner pout of town. I had a wonderful experience with everyone. Everything the property manager said was delivered. If I am ever back in Orchard Park I would not hesitate rent from there again.
