I moved into this complex when it first opened. Over the years I was there I had nothing but great service and developed a great relationship with all the workers. During the summer months there are many people at the pool who are friendly and have a great sense of community
DO NOT RENT HERE. Terrible property manager. Acts like a prison warden and the Soup Nazi. You will get complaints for everything, then be threatened by email and letter. Actually had to pay a lawyer to get them to leave me alone. Old woman clique farm. Huge rent increases every yr. Just please take my advice from someone who has been here 5 yrs and now leaving.You’ll be glad you didn’t rent here. You also have to pay $100 a month for internet and Direct TV whether you want it or not. And the Direct TV craps out every rainsto... read more
Excellent place to live. Both maintenance and grounds people come right away to fix problems and are very nice and friendly. Office management and staff are great and get on things right away. Always go out of their way to help us. Couldn't ask for a better quiet place to live!
Very rude staff. Treats the tenants like they are children. So many unnessesary rules. Not at all handicap accessible. Everyone has problems with the staff, its not worth living here.
