I called Orchard Trailer Sales to ask about repairing the brakes on my 44 year old trailer. They were very nice on the phone. When I arrived with the trailer and met Brian the mechanic, he was just as easy to talk to as the women that first answered the phone. I received a quote that I felt was more than fair. From the women answering the phone, to the mechanic who took on the task, it was a pleasurable experience. I tested the brakes on the ride back home and they have never worked this well.
