Run, Run for life, not worth stopping for a look, water bugs, car break ins, dog poop in the grass, old appliances and dirty walls, at 1,300 a month you can find a much better area and apartment. Nice when you sign lease, but good luck after that. They tell you one thing over the phone and do the opposite, get all correspondence in writing. Oh and don't expect deposit back either.

Amber and the whole Orchard Trace staff, are professional, very helpful and go beyond to help new residents and anyone looking for a new place to live; they are courteous, and friend. I rented there because when I was moving, it was the only clean apartment available in a safe area. Now I see why; there's very much a facade of being "nice apartments." It's good there is emergency maintenance because everything breaks. Unfortunately, they have no authority to do anything. When my bathroom ceiling was leaking, they brought me a bucket. When the popcorn finish then FELL DOWN from the ceiling, I was told it wasn't an emergency. When my toilet stopped flushing, they asked "is it really an emergency?" And badge... read more
