Can't contact anyone by phone The patient portal is hard to understand/work/navigate and it's extremely infuriating My PCP recently switched to this company for lab work & I just want to know my blood results and I literally can't access them
I worked at a clinic that used this lab so I already knew it was pretty bad but I had a stat order done on Saturday. Mon it's not back to the doctors office I called orchard lab and they said they would check on it and call me back. No one ever did. I called back Tuesday morning right as the opened again I'm told someone would call me back. I waited and 6 and a half hrs later still no call back. I called them back and got the same line again.
