The answer to that for the Orchard Terrace Apartment Community and their management and maintenance crew is: Their RESPONSE to a plumbing fiasco last week-- an underground pipe (after many years) sprung a leak --that resulted in water up surging into my ground floor apartment flooding the kitchen and other rooms .....was nothing less than SPECTACULAR !!! The apartment manager, Carol, and her team are incredible! Work orders are completed quickly and the community itself is kept well maintained. Also, this is one of the quietest and most peaceful apartment communities I have lived in. The reviews for this apartment was one of the key reasons I decided to rent here and I'm thankful I did!
Maintenence is great and have been very responsive! Huge shout out to Leo and Justin for their diligence in icing the parking lot, stairs and entry ways to the complex off the street! I saw them throwing the salt multiple times throughout the day all week and it's made a huge difference! Thank you guys so much!
I had the pleasure of meeting with Carol who helped my friend get into an apartment in Orchard Terrace. She was so accommodating, professional, patient, respectful and super efficient. She’s definitely a positive asset to this organization. In addition, she’s always available with any needs that my friend needs! Thank you, Carol.
