The property manager Carol consistently goes above and beyond to keep the community well-maintained and running smoothly. Her dedication and hard work make a big difference at this complex. Sad truth not many property managers are like Carol. Orchard Terrace is very fortunate to have her.
We've truly enjoyed our time living at Orchard Terrace, It's felt like home to us for nearly six years now. Carol has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always kind, helpful, and professional. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, although thankfully, we've had very few issues during our stay. OMG the Manager & Office consultant Carol is heaven sent!! From calling to check availability & squeezing me in last minute to do a tour of the apartment all in the same day.. Application process was efficient & fast. She has great communication & answered all my questions. I got the apartment I was looking for specifically with a toddler; the ground floor & have all the amenities I wanted.. AND she actually ANSWERS the phone unlike alot of other apartment complex. This is my fourth year living here and longest place I've lived as an adult. Price is good. The management, Carol, is amazing. Maintenance are friendly and good people as well. The apartment is not immediately next to many things so we don't get alot of foot traffic from random or unhoused peoples. They are constantly updating and fixing the apartments. Management is doing very well getting this place together. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a reasonable price at a reasonable location with great management!
Good place for Tacompton. Lived here for two years, and it was great as our last apartment! Good safe place to stay if you’re in transition or long term! We met some nice people/neighbors here. Of course you’ll get your normal apartment crap like people sitting in their cars blasting their music for 2 hours but that’s apartments. Didn’t happen more than maybe once a month & for Tacoma we know that’s good Lol.
