They refused to let me return bayer tree schrub treatment that I had just bought 20 minutes prior. They refuse to match Amazon price on the same product only $69.90 instead of $80.00. offered store credit on any other product. $10 is worth more to Orchard the customer good will and repeat business.

RecommendedHad a main water line break at our house. Unfortunately the pipe broke off inside another pipe. Went to Orchard for the parts and a special tool. They unfortunately had the wrong size, but they called around trying to find it for us. Best customer service.
Well, I've been shopping at OSH since it opened! It's always my go-to store for DIY, plants, flowers, and accessories for the garden! A year ago I decided to apply for a job here! "Hiring happy people!" I just had my 1st anniversary and it's been so great working here! Our customers are the best and I get to see my friends everyday that come to shop! Also...my co-workers are pretty dang awesome! �

RecommendedI shopped at this location years before they remodeled it, solely for the helpful and friendly staff that works here. The remodel was life changing and it's a truly a pleasure to shop such a well organized store. I can always find people an aisle or two away if I need help!
