Absolutely the worst customer service experience we've ever received. My husband and I picked up a few items to purchase that we're listed for $1.99 (sale price), however, they scanned at $5.99 each. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were very rudely told that it is what it is & there's nothing she can do about it, plus don't ask for the manager because she can't either. I went in for the sale and looked at a Bar-B-Q, a Char-Broil patio bistro, tru infrared, gas model. It was $179 two months ago and today it was marked, on discount for $349. I asked a clerk about it. They said some prices have gone up. I looked at the advertisement for it a 4 feet from it and the tag said $179. The clerk took that tag and left with it. Maybe just a mistake, but the $349 price was on the grill and clearly noted the name and model of the grill.

RecommendedOSH is mine and my husbands favorite place to shop, it's like a candy store to us!!! I am so very sad to hear of it's closing. OSH provided the best customer service, their employees seemed happy to help, and not run scared and scatter like a bunch of cockroaches like they do in the bigger box stores!
