We recently bought a large garden fountain at Outdoor Supply Hardware (OSH) in Paso Robles. OSH promptly delivered it to our house. We had a construction contractor build a stone paver platform in our garden and installed the fountain. The fountain never delivered enough water to the top to work properly.
