They knowingly disregard nonverbal signs of abuse, notify the person who is being reported to CPS before they report and they will not look into their own staff breaking mandatory reporter laws. They don't care about the children and I have an email from their supervisors that they personally don't know the laws. They decided that I was the problem and have caused harm to my child because they refuse to follow the criteria for mandatory reporting including misleading CPS
