This is the most disgusting property management. We lived here from September of 2023 to September of 2025. We had complained about mold in our unit and they “cleaned it”. Flash forward to February of 2025 and we see our vents look like this (photos attached). We were sent to the ER countless times and had to stay at a family members house. They did not care one bit. Courtney and Maddy are amazing! I have loved my time here.
So, the staff is wonderful at Orchard Place, and Maddy is doing her best to address every issue that comes her way. The apartments are older and probably could use updating, but in this economy that can be hard. The facilities are amazing, and the neighbors are all very friendly. Now, with that said I have a few complaints, but only one relates to the property itself. No Parking areas should be better painted, hell even spray paint would work. (Only complaint) Residents should be picking up waste from their pets it's gross. ... read more
