The experience my family has had with Orchard Park has been exceptional. Over the years, between my husbands family and mine, we have had five family members living at Orchard Park. The staff has been kind, considerate, and thoughtful of both the residents and the family. It is a hard thing making the decision to place your loved one in an assisted living facility. I'm there two or three times a week and I see how people are treated. I see the smiles on their faces when they are dealing with the staff. That in itself gives m... read more

this place my be fairly new & nice , I put my mom was here when it first opened and she was very sad....She said the staff was mean to her and would cry when we left,when we would leave she would just stand outside & i could see her in the rear view mirror....My mom has deminshia...The lady at the front desk that answered the phone was rude..My experience with the PLACE IS dont put the ones you love in here....For lunch,dinner, They would set them all at the table at the same time,,,, These old people would wait sometimes ho... read more
