Wonderful doctors! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Very easy to get an appointment. Answer urgent calls very quickly even in the middle of the night. The nurses and receptionists are friendly. If you want a pediatric office that cares this is the place to go. When my daughter had issues with her bloodwork and the lab lost it - they followed up until it was found even though it took them until midnight. This was above and beyond but meant we didn't have to go to the ER. I will never go anywhere else.
Dr. Dyson is a wonderful doctor. She always listens to my concerns and has helped my children every time. My children are very comfortable with her and even play "Dr. Dyson" at home. We moved and continue to travel back to Orchard Park Pediatrics to see her.
My daughter had a fever that lasted more then 24 hours, so we decided to call her doctor and ask if she could be seen. We explained to there triage all of her symptoms, and that we were leaving for vacation the following week and they said not to worry unless her temperature was 104 or higher. At this point we decided to get a second opinion. We called our friends Pediatrician and they said to bring her in right away. She tested Positive for Flu and strep throat.
