So, I just left there. I will admit, I was a walk in. I went early not really busy. I signed in for a man's pedicure there was 1 woman who walked in just before me. The technician asked her what she needed and she wanted a pedicure but she declined the technician because she wanted someone else. I thought they were going to take me next, NOPE. My first time here and I won’t go back. The lady that did my pedicure rushed me. She never even asked me what type of pedicure I wanted until I had to mention it. And she still didn’t even do what the spa pedicure Details were. My entire pedicure took less time than the technician next to me to Paint gel toenails. They always do very good work here, But on a sunday I came in to get a QUICK fill and they are always pretty fast for fills. I get sat down with the girl , san ly I think I couldn’t really read the name tag too good she has been there for a little bit because i have seen her there before so i know she knows what she’s doing. She took a hour and a HALF to do my fill. usally love going to this place. on wednesday I went to get my normal gel manicure which is $40. they didn’t cut my cuticles at all and it looks like i have had my nails done for over 2 weeks. i’m very upset, it took less than 20 mins.
