Exterior is more well kept than interior. Apartments have very creaky floorboards, and fixtures from previous tenants were simply painted over instead of removed and patched. Maintenance has entered my apartment over 6 times without prior notice. Tenants could be better curated. I have neighbors who routinely clog their own sink and then plunge it, causing backflow into my sink. Weed smell can permeate into my closet from another apartment. Decent place to live until you move out, they'll take your entire security deposit and won't provide an itemized list, not surprising from such a massive company that thinks they can do whatever they want. Again, nice place to live, extremely garbage place to deal with when moving out.
Samantha was absolutely wonderful to work with! She kept us in the loop while we waited for an apartment to become available and she always communicates in a timely manner! ( who does that anymore...lol ) The maintenance team is very visible and constantly working on the grounds and doing repairs. The area is very pretty and the apartments are in great shape, large rooms and really great closet space!
Horrible place to live horrible customer service they know how to run you just to get your money they have no consideration that's someone's home they live in very untrustworthy management wouldn't reccomend at all
