Property manager was so helpful, sweet, & thorough! So excited to have my own place with such helpful staff.
Way over priced for the crap quality they provide. Rent goes up every single year with zero improvements to the property or apartments, the maintenance is a joke after the months it takes to respond. Then when you do move out and you finally do make it through all their hoops, they will find anything and everything to charge you for, including existing damages from when you moved in. My advice is to go find a dumpster to live in, it'll be better living arrangements.
Decent apartments, but no mail delivery. This needs to be addressed.
