This is by far the worst I have ever seen these apartments. My first time living here was when they were first built in 2001. The apartment manager Ms Beverly was the truth she kept the apartments nice and Mr Rick the maintenance man was very good as well I stayed for 7 years. I moved into a house for about 7 years. Moved back into these apartments in 2015 and my how things have changed. Back in 2009 to 2010, everything was doing well. will miss the Manager since everything was all organized. Now and days. I can't even hardly sleep due to what's been happening at night time. Chatter, Yells, Arguments, etc. It doesn't really feel safe to walk around the place as it used to be. having Gnat problems now. Poor Maintenance Service, and Very Bad Community to keep the Trash in the Dumpster instead of leaving it on Balconies. and Making sure its taking out at the right time instead of being piled/full.
