Been here for less then a month have ordered amazon 3 times every single time packages are on my porch for less then 20mins and the kids steal them rip open the box or bag steal what's inside and throw the packaging everywhere nice place to raise a family if you want to raise little thieves
So first things first, I have no idea how people are leaving negative reviews! I just moved here from Denver and even before I got here I had exceptional customer service from the amazing Tiffany Ray. Straight up class act. I've lived in 7 states and over 30+ apartments and when I say this was the best process--I mean it. Accommodating, helpful, super friendly, and great communication. Their website says they have two 3 bedroom apartments available. I called. They say they have none. What's worse is she discouraged me from applying, saying it'd be months before they have a unit and that theres a waiting list. I got the hint, so I asked... Exactly how many people are on this waitlist she says she has. 4. There are four people on the list, and she openly discouraged me from applying, after falsely advertising two available units. Almost like fair housing and lihtc laws are just a guideline.
