When I moved in 9 years ago, the grounds were beautiful. The pool was always clean, and available all summer. The staff was friendly. But now there is garbage & dog poop everywhere, the grass is dead because they won't water it. The police are here all the time. The pool has been broke most the summer and still is. We are not allowed to use the club house as advertised. I had mold and a sewer leak in my bathroom off my bedroom. When they finally came out to look at it after 2 months. They left it exposed! Been here for less then a month have ordered amazon 3 times every single time packages are on my porch for less then 20mins and the kids steal them rip open the box or bag steal what's inside and throw the packaging everywhere nice place to raise a family if you want to raise little thieves
