first of all maintenance is awesome josh and robert and others the best but they let just anyone rent here kids never have adults watching them and than the parents come out yelling at your kids. my daughter got shot with a orbie gun manager just took pics thats all. needles in playground from the druggies that live in the back. teenage girls that talk back to adults and when you say something there parents come out and want to fight you for there big mouth kids. this place changed not the way it was when my older kids were ... read more
Iv got a disabled, senior loved one who has lived there for years with the help of section 8 housing assistance. In order for the apartment owners to get a big tax break (section 42, I believe) they have hired a construction company to update the outside of the buildings. Tenants were ordered to remove anything from their patio/deck by a certain date, as well as remove anything near interior windows/doors. Construction didn't start for several weeks, so stuff really didn't need to be in the way of the resident quite yet. The... read more
When I moved in 9 years ago, the grounds were beautiful. The pool was always clean, and available all summer. The staff was friendly. But now there is garbage & dog poop everywhere, the grass is dead because they won't water it. The police are here all the time. The pool has been broke most the summer and still is. We are not allowed to use the club house as advertised. I had mold and a sewer leak in my bathroom off my bedroom. When they finally came out to look at it after 2 months. They left it exposed!
