I looked at several apartments in Howard County. Orchard Park was the clear winner for many reasons. The unit I chose was extremely clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. I love the pool and fitness center. But, the first thing that made me fall in love with this place was the leasing staff. Khaliah was a dream to work with at Orchard Park Apartments. She helped me navigate obtaining our apartment when I was 1500 miles away in Texas. The complex is quiet and everyone is extremely friendly.
Paper thin roof and walls. If you don’t live on the top floor, you will hear herds of elephants constantly stomping around above you. We’ve complained to management several times, to no avail. We were told the rust and mold stains were no cause for concern, upon moving in. Neither was the fact that a door wasn’t hanging on the hinges. Kids run in the street, adults do too, without looking. It’s not a great place, I’d definitely avoid it.
