Went to come here on a Wednesday(today) and they have a sign stating walk in is only on Thursday and Friday. Waste of time. Not much of a walk in when it’s only for 2 days out of the week. Responding to the reply - I don’t hold much empathy to the reply. Like I’ve already stated. Not much of a walk in when it’s only 2 days. I went to the Rutland walk in. Very professional and open on weekends. Might be time for the company to change its name.

Doctors are great been going there for many years all the people that worked at the front desk not very helpful kind of ignorant letting people in front that didn't have an appointment shouldn't be answering phones or talking to people if it's something you're not into get a job stocking shelves at night

I arrived at Orchard Park Clinic at 7:30 a.m. for the walk-in line and waited about 30 minutes to speak with reception. I was told I would receive a call back in approximately two hours. I left to explore other clinics and later returned home, but the call came three hours later, at 11:10 a.m., rather than within the stated timeframe. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the doctor took my concerns very seriously and was extremely helpful, unfortunately it seems like they are extremely overwhelmed as the wait times are pretty high, through no fault of the staff. Make sure to get there well before they even open to make sure you get to see a doctor.
