Rude staff and they never fix anything
Great place to live. They treat people right.
I posted a review 7 months ago. On how much my daughter and I love living here. Well it’s been almost 2 years, and we still love it here. No issues at all. If something needs fixed maintenance response is great.
The people at orchard manor apartments are rude not helpful and they only care about finding things to charge you with when you move that are simple or not even a problem icant believe i thought that was a good place and good people to stay at first i was wrong they change after you move in it seems like to me and this is just my opion and I’m just telling my experience with them. Really do some research if you’re thinking about moving to orchard manor apartments i wish i wouldve
