Our experience with Orchard was top notch in all respects. Matt and his team were great in communicating, easy to work with and provided thorough and flexible advice. I hire a lot of law firms in my business, but never for personal reasons. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had getting legal counsel. I highly recommend Orchard to anyone who is delaying getting this important work done for themselves.
I too, as others have mentioned, had a terrible experience with them. They actually had me listed as the decedent instead of my son. You can imagine how painful it was when I had to point that out. Bad advice regarding the income taxes. Months without getting anything done. On and on and on. As you can see by their response they can’t even spell my name correctly, after many thousands of dollars they collected!
Talk about "ADULTING!" The task of creating a will/trust has been on my to-do list for 11 years (I know that exactly because I had my first son exactly 11 years ago today!).
