Ruby has been working so hard with us to make sure everything is perfect and she has been a Godsend in our moving to the Orchard Lane Apartments. Every single problem we face, she has been able to find a solution that has been instrumental in helping us get settled into our new and navigating through the process, I can’t thank her enough for the support she has provided to us and made our lives easier and so much less stressful 🙏👍
It has been such a great place since the new property manager came along. She has worked so hard to improve the apartment swimming pool etc she had such a good attitude towards her tenants. She keeps up with the lawn care. She will work out payment plans with you. If anything bad happens she is so wonderful nice and sweet she love to see everyone happy and not upset she doesn’t like having to evict anyone she rather you communicate with her!! ❤️❤️❤️ she absolutely amazing!!
I rented from a one bedroom apartment for my daughter and this is the worst place to rent. The washer and dryer never worked and they supposedly replaced it but they didn’t. The apartment has mold in it due to the washer always overflowing. Don’t rent here.
Ruby helped me to move in. She is AMAZING!!! Apartments are renewed and looks incredible. I’m definitely gonna love living here!
It was all good … until the new management attacked.
