Ruby helped me to move in. She is AMAZING!!! Apartments are renewed and looks incredible. I’m definitely gonna love living here!
It was all good … until the new management attacked.
This property feels like an entirely different property than it used to be. The new management has be doing a bunch of renovation, and Orchard lane is a beautiful property at a fair price in a very convenient location.

I feel so bad for writing this but, this appt complex went from a 5 star to a 0 star. We are really frustrated :( The new management doesn’t respond to any questions or concerns. The only time they communicate with us is when they need to get in our apt for measurements or tell us to get rid of our grill or we will get fined (and more). Our friends have had someone smoking across from them in the apt and messaged the management (with a note from their doctor) about concerns with their kids health and barely heard back from t... read more
