The community manager was super nice and very professional,the mobile park is very nice and well maintained,i think it is one of the finest mobile home parks I have ever seen and appears to be a good safe place to call home. Velma Egner
I have had nothing but problems from land last. She lied about what would be done to a new trailer and lot I was told thing would be made better fixed improved,my flooring in a new sun mobile home blows up when a.c. unit is on can't really use a.c. or heat. Corporate is unefective and you never know who is go in to be at your door uninvited promising thing but never comes through. Nothing but excuses from all.land lady is not enable or trustworthy.
