The staff is for the most part very accommodating and maintenance is responsive, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. However, the unit I used to live in did have some problems. It must have been incredibly drafty because the heating bill was outrageous, going up to $500 in the winter. There was also a pest problem that they sent a guy to my unit for once but refused to do again. This was one of my best experiences living in an apartment complex. It has been a bitter sweet feeling leaving, but we were blessed to be apart of the community there at Orchard Hills. Thank you for everything.

Lived here from 2021-2023. Honestly I loved it. The building had some small faults, like you can always hear the upstairs neighbors walking, and you can sometimes hear people’s dogs barking. But that comes with apartment living! Completely not the fault of the complex, and I've never had a neighbor not be kind and reasonable. Maintenance was so insanely kind and quick. Called at 9:25am, lady answered “Hello” like I was bothering her I asked hello back and she hung up on me. Beats me what’s her problem but I won’t be calling back and will take it as a sign!
