They just changed management and maintenance procedures. Apartment flooded from tenant upstairs toilet overflowing all night. Started calling at 4:40 a.m. Fire department shows up around 7:10 a.m. No emergency on-call person. No pager. They should have rethought that decision.
Management was horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional. Refused to take care of a leak caused by my UPSTAIRS neighbor, which cased BLACK MOLD! And then-charged ME for the damages caused $2200! bad neighborhood...trust me-DONT MOVE IN TO ORCHARD HILLS!!
