These apts don't even deserve a one star as they've gone downhill over past year. The newest manager has a very uncaring attitude towards the needs of the tenants apartment repairs and concerns. The play structure for the children is outdated, with no up keep not even sand replaced for play area..pitiful. The lease states all tenants have the right to a "peaceful environment" yet that doesn't seem to pertain to certain tenants who have no consideration or respect for other's while they yell the f-bomb with every other word, ... read more
Even though this is low-income housing, I found it very clean and well maintained. I originally lived in them in the 1970's when they were new. They are not insulated to todays standards, so corner apartments can be very cold in the winter. Managers go out of their way to provide good customer service and maintenance. More than fair, and go the extra mile if you are a good tenant. Manager even asked her church for a small donation for me for necessities when I was unemployed. I hated to leave, but moved closer to my job.
