RecommendedVets were very generous with their time & did a great job troubleshooting our dog's needs before & during surgery. The vet techs handled our Husky-mix gently & effectively. The front desk staff were proactive about checking in post-surgery and scheduling follow-up appointments. They were up-front about costs so no surprise bills, even when the surgery was more complex than we anticipated. Great team!
My dog has really bad stress when it comes to going to the vet. I called and told them that and he was treated with a super soft touch. The best response I’ve had at the vet. Prices are amazing too. I won’t go anywhere else now!!
We were on vacation in Washougal when it turns out our dog had been been bitten by a bee. It was 5:45 on a Friday afternoon When we made it to the clinic. The staff was great, essentially seeing us after hours. Wonderful people in small town America.
If you want your pets to have the best care Orchard Hills is the place to go. I can’t recommend Orchard Hills enough, the care that they gave our baby Oliver was ABOVE and BEYOND. They gave us informed decisions and kept us in the loop the entire time. We drive from the Orchards area to them because the care is THAT fantastic. I will not take my animals anywhere else. 💗DR Berger was fantastic and we are so grateful for all of the Vet techs who dealt with our fur babies! Also love that they call our babies our kids!
Staff and Dr Berger are out going and truly caring. They have gone above and beyond for our family, for which we are Blessed to have them apart of our family.
