Loved it here. Management was so kind and helpful. Jim the super was very responsive and kept the place clean. Highly recommended. One of the better places I’ve lived in Kingston

In my year or so living here, I have had nothing but good experiences with the apartment itself and the management. Adelaide and Jim (The Office and Property managers) made every question or concern their top priority. The apartments and grounds are very well kept and maintained. And all of the staff AND neighbors were incredibly kind! If I ever move back into the area, I know where I'll be renting. Please consider them, you won't regret it. :)

I have lived in other apartment complexes, and this is by far the absolute worst. Management is rude, lies, and does not address tenant concerns or complaints. So many other tenants leave the complex, with the same grievances. Orchard Hills was my home for 7 years, until I was fed up with paying rent for a home that I absolutely hated because of the horrible owner and management team, and chose to move. I thoroughly enjoyed living in Orchard Hills. It is without a doubt the best location you can wish for if you want piece and quiet and not too far away from the great places Kingston has to offer. The management was very impressive. Adelaide was amazing and responded asap with any issues I had. The maintenance workers were on top of their game with snow removal or any issues that had to be fixed. I would move here again if my job was relocated back to the area.
