BEST LARGE ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY IN COCHISE COUNTY I am a retired healthcare professional and Prestige offers the best care, in a large facility, in Cochise County. The meals compare to a fine dining restaurant. The rooms are quiet and all second floor (elevator included) rooms have great views! Their Alzheimer's care wing is managed by an Registered Nurse that stays abreast of the current care protocols and incorporates them into the care plans. You will need to contemplate ahead and get on the waiting list!

poor the staff for the most part are more concerned about socializing with each other than the care of the patients..I found them to be rude to my mother-in law while favoring others..tranfered immediately after seeing the treatment of the patients..

Feels like Family When looking for placement for my loved one, I found Orchard Heights to be the most like home! The caring staff and management team treat visitors, residents and each other like family. The interaction between the staff and residents was friendly and residents are treated with respect. Such a Wonderful Place I live at the apartments at Ochard Heights and I find the atmosphere of the community very relaxing. It feels just like home and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn't think of a better place to live.

Beautiful Building, horrible alzheimers living The building is beautiful. With the exception of the alzheimers unit. It's basically a basement. People get very little sunlight and the patio in the back is not used often. Short-staffed and high turn over of staff. Not a place I would want my loved one to spend their last days. Mennonite Village in Albany has better educated staff and much better living situation.

Not Recommended The manager yells at family members right out in the front lobby and seems to thrive on picking fights. She also calls Adult Protective Services (APS) at the drop of a hat so they can both threaten you with calling the police if you attempt to take your family member out their front door. They will also use APS to get your family member's social security benefits sent directly to them without your consent or knowledge. They have double billed our bank account more than once.
