In a board meeting as I speak... Nice place to live, central location to shops, 30 minutes from VB. 45 minutes from Williamsburg. 90 minutes from Richmond. Norfolk 15 minutes. Plenty of historical sites to visit such as the Dismal swamp, first president of Liberia was from the area. The property is 30 years old with pool and dog park. Two parking slots for each unit....
Love love my neighborhood. Very clean. Very friendly neighbors.. nice pool. Amazing landscaping
Woe to any who think to move here. The association is the stuff of nightmares. Any horror story you've read on reddit or heard from a friend pales in comparison to the ineptitude of the HOA here.
Lived here for a short period of time. The community is nice and safe. HOA fee is 275 and increasing
