The smell of urine and feces is overwhelming like the residents sit in it all day. Some of the staff were pleasant but most were rude and gave nasty looks at visitors. I don't trust it and you can definitely tell the people aren't happy.
Filthy, lazy workers this place is not fit for a pet yet a loved one. Your loved will be neglected if put in this place. DO NOT BRING ANYONE HERE!!
My aunt is a resident at the facility and relatives go in from time to time to visit. Reportedly, the area where my aunt resides has residents walking around smelly with feces. My aunt has had several falls since being in the facility. In respects to professionalism, we have recently had to deal with the Administrator, Jeff Cohen and he was very belligerent and arrogant.
