I’m here to recommend Orchard’s Happy Pet Wellness Package. I signed up for it about a year ago, and it has ultimately saved me some $$$ while making sure my darling schnauzer enjoys the best preventative care the clinic can give. So handy that vet costs are pretty predictable for me year-over-year now. Makes it easier to budget.
The whole clinic has a warm, family-like feel that immediately gives off the “I care about animals A LOT” vibe, even though it may appear to be a bit small. I chatted up the front desk attendant while waiting for the appointment with my tabby, and it turns out the place is totally independent, which I love because it means they aren’t connected to any big companies trying to push unnecessary meds on animals.
Long-time client (owner of animal patient, whatever the proper term is, idk lol) of Orchard Grove. We recently brought our senior dog in for a checkup after noticing subtle changes in her behaviour, and I’m so glad we did. Dr. Erica took her time, asked a bunch of thoughtful questions, and explained the possibilities for what might be going on. "New visitor to Orchard Grove Animal Clinic here. Made an appt for our golden retriever after a few days where he just seemed “off.” Nothing dramatic, just not his usual bouncy, enthusiastic self. What struck me right away was how seriously they took those seemingly small changes. Dr. Mark did a total examination, complete with bloodwork and other tests. The clinic was able to do testing in-house, which meant we got answers much faster than expected, plus we didn’t have to go to a second location.
