I am just here to rave about Erika the property manager! She is truly so kind and so helpful. After I moved out I left some stuff in the apartment on accident and she called me and met up with me so I could come collect my things. After not living there for two months, I accidentally ordered a Hellofresh package to my old apartment. Erika put the package in the office fridge for me and called me to let me know she had it, and then met me at the office so I could pick it up. hello i have nothing but wonderful to say about this place. the maint guys rock he is always willing to help. He keeps the place clean. The Mexican music across the parking lot drives me nut at 2 in the morning. I have complain to the city many times. over all from the office staff to maint this place is a joy to live.
My wife and I lived here temporarily for 1 year while we were building our house in Jacksonville. The place is very noisy, especially if your apartment is near the Mexican restaurant, which might not be operating at the moment. When they were operating, they played extremely loud Mariachi music every Single weekend night until 2am. We complained numerous times to management and the police but nothing was done. I lived here for over two years and I couldn’t agree with one of the negative reviews. I have nothing but the best things to say about renting from this place. Erika is a very kind, honest property manager and maintenance was amazing. My apartment was so cute, the appliances worked the entire time, and I really never had issues. If you do run into an issue maintenance is there that day to fix whatever it was if you wanted them to be. I recommend Orchard Glen Estates to anyone looking to rent.
