I use to live here with my family and this was one of the best apartment complex I've stayed in. I had a lot of friends that use to live here.
The apartments are well-maintained, however, some challenges can arise upon moving out. It’s common to encounter unexpected charges, and the process of reclaiming the security deposit can sometimes be more involved than anticipated. Additionally, while living there, maintenance services may not be as readily available as one might hope.
Lived here for 3 years. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. The Office responds quickly to any issues (mostly AC or Plumbing related) and the workers are friendly and polite. I did get my deposit back except for some minor reasonable deductions. The coin operated washing machine in the apatment itself was convenient despite having to pay 35 cents [always looking for dimes]. Overall the stay was pleasant except for a few things. My particular unit had a big problem with bugs. I managed it myself. Lots of house centipedes.... read more
