Lived here for 3 years. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. The Office responds quickly to any issues (mostly AC or Plumbing related) and the workers are friendly and polite. I did get my deposit back except for some minor reasonable deductions. The coin operated washing machine in the apatment itself was convenient despite having to pay 35 cents [always looking for dimes]. Overall the stay was pleasant except for a few things. I have lived there for over 10 years and never had an issue its a very quiet and safe complex to live in very reliable staff ,maintainence crew the place is well kept all the time
