I lived at Orchard Gardens with my family for 4.5 years, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. From the start, Ty, our property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was always friendly, responsive, and readily available to address any questions—whether about our lease, a bill, or anything else that came up. She truly made living here stress-free. I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. Spacious, lots of natural light, well-maintained gardens and outdoor areas, and a very responsive management team. Ty, the property manager, was nothing short of exceptional. She is dedicated to providing renters with the best possible experience. Strongly recommend this community.

Every winter when they turn the heat on we get bloody nose and, swollen tonsils, headaches…. Built in 1953, it’s appalling how code inspection approves this substandard inhumane living. Do no rent here, the mold, the rusty heating tubes, dry sheet lead paint walls, how many violations can you have , and still allow people to rent ? The town, the office, the state need a lawsuit. my son and daughter have been 3 times to the emergency room to due bloody non stop caugh and swollen tonsils.
