Great customer service and incredible service department
Worst experience ever. Dont trust their word, especially came from kamloops to kelowna (2:50 hr drive )and with two young kids to look at a vehicle. We were in constant communication with him while travelling and the sales person said he will MAKE SURE that car will be available and ready for the test drive. Upon arrival we saw our name tag on the car with sold sign. But after liking the car he mentioned car is already sold to someone else. There is no communication between their employees which has created mental harrasment... read more

I recently purchased my new Ford F150 from Orchard Ford, and I had an amazing experience working with Brayden Jamault. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable — answering all my questions without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
