I moved up here 3 yrs ago. The rent has went up 100 dollars since I been here. The whole park was mandatory to get home owners. I have to pay to keep my cargo trailer in storage cause they don't allow it in the driveway that is attached to the lot I rent. Theres no maintenance up here. The last one was a nut job. This place is where my dad lives that place gives me a lot of memories.
I have lived here 1 yr it is the worth place I have ever lived I get notices ever other week about wantever from garbage cans to drapes or weeds in driveway. Manger drives around ever hour harassing residents. Was forced to remove my truck or it was going to be towed. I fell like I'm in nazi germany. If u like paying. The highest lot rent.in the state to be raised every year for broken promises. I'm misrable here. They don't deserve 1 star
Went into the office talked to Nicole last year. She stated that they just threw her in there. She knew nothing about her job. I literally had to explain things to her and caught a lot of discrepancies, especially with the accounting part and titles you can’t even get a hold of corporate worst place to live. They constantly raise the rent and barely do their job. I will definitely be investigating them as you can’t get a person to even talk to that knows what the hell they’re doing.
