I've lived here for over 3 years. Upsides👍; there's a lot of amenities; on site maintenance office, washer, dryer, storage room, secure locked building, secure mailboxes, outdoor pool, outdoor dog fenced in play yard, children's play yard, grills and picnic tables, air conditioning, garbage disposal, snow removal, trash and recycling removal. Great place respectable staff
Storage rooms, basement have horrible mildew, junk and management still hasn't fixed it in almost 2 years. Dumpsters are always overflowing and have horrible garbage and smells. They are remodeling all apartments but cannot care about these things.
