Lived here 5-7 yrs ago. The worst place I've ever lived, the least helpful mgmt (believe there were 2 during our tenancy). OLD bldgs. so know what that entails. Including, AC or heat not working for days-weeks. We had to put in a window until (thank goodness we had one, as one wasn't offered). Loved the cost, about $800 for a large place. However, if you dont like hearing what sounds like your neighbors coming through the ceiling, live on the 3rd floor. Even that comes with its issues. My boyfriend and I have been living here for just over a year and we really love it. The prices are fair, maintenance responds quickly, and the complex is kept clean. The only drawback is that there's one centralized recycling dumpster that some people abuse, and we've noticed that most of our neighbors just throw all their recycling into the normal trash dumpster. :( But, all in all this is definitely one of the best complexes I've lived in.
