Needed to urgently move in the middle of the school year and the staff at Orchard Crossing were fast and supportive, helping me get into a studio within 2 days of initially contacting them for a tour. The facilities are very nice and the location is perfect as a UO student! Highly recommend. I feel very safe and that the monthly costs are worthwhile (rent + parking, pet rent, utilities, etc).
Read the fine print, pg. 52 of lease. I lived in a studio at Orchard Crossing for one year and while it is conveniently located I felt it somewhat overpriced. Its a fairly new building but the hallways and elevators always seemed dirty. The studio apartment was serviceable and overall I did not have too many complaints until after I left. My beef is not receiving my full $500 deposit back. I have been at Orchard Crossing for 4 years now and as I am close to graduating from the University of Oregon I can say that this is a perfect place for those attending the college. The campus is close and it’s across the street from Matthew Knight Arena which is pretty sweet. The community around the complex is positive and there is a pool, a gym and a rooftop that has grills and chairs to meet people! As a current resident at Orchard Crossing in Eugene, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here! Living just a block away from the University of Oregon, the location couldn't be more convenient for both my studies and social life. The apartment itself is modern and fully furnished, which made moving in a breeze, and it's such a relief to come home to a comfortable and stylish space each day. I have lived in Orchard Crossing for about a year now and have really enjoyed my experience there so far. The apartments are really nice, and the management and maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful. It’s also nice being within walking distance of the University, Market of Choice, and Fairmont park.
