Parking is absolutely atrocious. We were given parking permits, but non-permitted cars still park wherever they'd like with no repercussions. There is no tow number or any support from the office when I have come home in the evenings with no parking (although staff is friendly and personable, just lack consistency when it comes to the parking issue and timeline of construction). This is the best place to live there no other place like this!!! The staff here are amazing just be careful of the old dud named Scott.
After just moving in a year ago, I am beyond excited to move out next month. The construction going on is constant and takes up all of the free parking that is advertised. No one wants to pay upwards of 2,000 a month to not have free parking. I have had to park in illegal spots many times just to get threatened to get towed although there are NO SPOTS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX AVAILABLE. Lived here for the entirety of my lease and couldn’t wait to move out. Upon my first tour in june of 2024 I was told they were working on the office, gym, and pool and to expect it to be done by end of the fall season. The construction continued after I had moved out. I was unable to use the amenities, that were the only reason I chose to live at this complex, the entirety of my stay. My first few years in this apartment complex were great, it was quiet and enjoyable. In the past year or so they have done non stop construction leading to everybody’s rent being raised tremendously, even the people who hadn’t gotten there unit renovated had there rent raised hundreds of dollars including myself. All for what I assume is to fund there office, gym, pool and townhomes they are building.
