Lived here for 3 years and would not recommend. From the beginning, management made errors with our move-in costs and only corrected them last minute, setting the tone for the entire experience. Shortly after, ongoing construction began and never truly stopped. Carports were removed, promised upgrades were never delivered, and even after one project finished, new construction started again. I had a tour today with Juli. She was so sweet and provided me with many options. She understood the situation I'm currently in and didn't try to pressure me to apply right away. I appreciate that she let me view other units than what I had originally wanted to view. Since everything has been renovated, the apartments are beautiful and seems very quiet with other tenants. honestly it’s been a really good experience. The place stays pretty clean, it’s in a convenient spot, and overall it’s just a nice place to live. Christine and Ashley is great too super easy to talk to and actually gets things handled when you need help, which you don’t always get at apartments.
The apartments are renovated and very nice, but the ongoing construction sucks! It was very hard to find a good parking or even to go for a walk with our pup. I’m sure when the construction is done everything will be much better. Christine from management was truly kind and helpful, she helped me with every request made and I could see her effort to make us comfortable.
Parking is absolutely atrocious. We were given parking permits, but non-permitted cars still park wherever they'd like with no repercussions. There is no tow number or any support from the office when I have come home in the evenings with no parking (although staff is friendly and personable, just lack consistency when it comes to the parking issue and timeline of construction).
